​PRCC is a non-profit 501 (c)(3). 

 

We support and create programs that will benefit all.  We collaborate with professionals and organizations to bring relevant and culturally based programs to the community.

Our commitment is to be fiscally responsible, operate value based programs, and transparency. We have minimal operating cost which means we are able to contribute up to 90% of all donations to program development.
